• Find a Locker to drop off your parcel 24/7 (fits parcels up to the following dimensions: 66cm x 41cm x 38cm)
• Schedule a (contactless) pickup for your parcel

How to return items via home pickup?

You can choose your preferred pickup day (8am -8pm) when registering your return. You can optionally select a designated safe place by using the “additional information” field to arrange a contactless pickup*. On the day of the pickup you will receive a notification via email, informing you of a 2 hour time slot in which they will come to collect your parcel.

If your parcel is particularly large please contact us in advance to arrange a special pickup. (This refers to boxes 32x24x16 inches or greater – usually for orders containing winter jackets or boots).

*If you have already arranged a collection you can get in touch with Hermes directly to let them know your safe place.

How to return items with a return code?

If you choose to return items with a return code, we’ll show you the return code straight away, and email it to you. You can also find it at any time under your Returns in your account menu. Just present the code for scanning on your device when you drop off the parcel. The agent at the collection point will then print the return label on your behalf and stick it to the parcel.

How to return items with a return label?

Attach the return label on the outside of the box. Please stick the new label over the old one. Alternatively, you can remove the old one to avoid the wrong slip being scanned.

How do I find the return code or the return label I generated?

If you do not get the opportunity to print the return label or save the return code immediately after you have created the return, you can find it at any time under "Your returns" in your account menu.

How long is the return code valid?

Each return code is valid for 90 days. If you saved the code and didn't get a chance to drop off your parcel during this time, you can find a valid code under “Your returns” in your account menu. The return code visible in your account is always valid - it will refresh every 90 days.

Need to return items delivered by a Partner?

If you need to send back items shipped by a Zalando Partner, check for any instructions that may have come in the original parcel. Most Partners also include a pre-printed return label to use for your return.

If you’re missing a return label for your Partner item, just get in touch with us and we’ll quickly take care of getting one to you.

Unfortunately return labels will not be valid for returns outside of the UK. We also cannot guarantee that our warehouses will accept returns from outside the UK.
