$200 Banking Relationship BonusEligibility:This offer is available to business owners who apply for a new business account online only.This offer is intended for new customers only; you are not eligible for this offer if you were an owner or signer on a BankofAmerica Business Advantage Banking account within the last twelve (12) months. BankofAmerica employees are not eligible for this offer.

Offer expires on June30,2024, and all qualifying activities must be completed within the stated time frames. This offer may not be combined with any other offers. Only one Business Advantage Banking account bonus ($200) offer per business owner, regardless of the number of businesses owned or operated by the customer. Requirements to earn a Business Advantage checking Bonus of $200:

  1. Open a new Business Advantage Relationship Banking or Business Advantage Fundamentals™ Banking account by June30,2024; AND
  2. Make qualifying deposits of $5,000 or more in New Money*directly into a new eligible BankofAmerica Business Advantage checking account within thirty (30) days of account opening; AND
  3. Maintain an average balance of $5,000 during the Maintenance Period** in that new Business Advantage checking account.

*New Money is new funds deposited into your Business Advantage checking account that are not transfers from other BankofAmerica deposit accounts or Merrill investment accounts. A transfer done via ATM, online or teller, or a transfer from a BankofAmerica deposit account or brokerage account, such as a Merrill account, is not considered new money. A cash withdrawal from an existing BankofAmerica account and deposited into the new Business Advantage checking account is not considered new money.

**The Maintenance Period begins thirty-one (31) calendar days after account opening and ends ninety (90) calendar days after account opening.

All account applications are subject to approval. Your account does not qualify for the bonus until you provide all of the information we require in connection with opening the account by the promotion end dateJune30,2024. This includes information we require to identify each account owner and to report the bonus to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including a validly completed 1RS Form W-9 or Form W 8 (as applicable). The value of this bonus may constitute taxable income to you. To the extent required by law, BankofAmerica may withhold tax or other amounts from the payment. All new Business Advantage checking accounts must be open up to and including the date the earned bonus is paid in order to receive the earned bonus. We will make every attempt to deposit the earned cash bonus directly into your Business Advantage checking account within 60 days from the end of your qualifying period.

Preferred Rewards for Business Overall Program Rules:

The Preferred Rewards for Business program is only available to Small Business, Merrill Small Business, and BankofAmerica Private Bank® Small Business clients. Other categories of clients, such as those commonly referred to as Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate Investment Banking, or Institutional clients are not eligible to participate in the program. Subject to certain exceptions, eligible business checking accounts generally are any Small Business checking account and the following Analyzed checking accounts: Full Analysis Business Checking or Analyzed Business Interest Checking. Clients in the eligible business categories may enroll in the program. To enroll you must have an active, eligible BankofAmerica business checking account, and maintain a qualifying balance of at least $20,000 for the Gold tier, $50,000 for the Platinum tier, or $100,000 for the Platinum Honors tier in your combined qualifying BankofAmerica business deposit accounts (such as checking, savings, certificate of deposit) and/or your Merrill business investment accounts (such as Working Capital Management Accounts, Business Investor Accounts, Delaware Business Accounts). The qualifying balance is calculated based on either (i): your average daily balance for a three calendar month period, or (ii) your current combined balance, provided that you enroll at the time you open your first eligible business checking account and satisfy the balance requirement at the end of at least one day within thirty days of opening that account. Refer to yourBusiness Schedule of Feesfor details on accounts that qualify towards the combined balance calculation and receive program benefits. Eligibility to enroll is generally available three or more business days after the end of the calendar month in which you satisfy the requirements. Benefits become effective within 30 days of your enrollment, or for new accounts within 30 days of account opening, unless we indicate otherwise. Certain benefits may be available without enrolling in the program if you satisfy balance and other requirements.

Transfers require enrollment in the service with a U.S. checking or savings account and must be made from an eligible Bank of America consumer or business deposit account. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes and transactions between enrolled consumers do not typically incur transaction fees from Bank of America. We will send you an email alert with transaction details after you send money using Zelle®. Dollar and frequency limits apply. After an initial 30-day trial period, a monthly service fee of $15 will be assessed for the Remote Deposit Online service.Remote Deposit Online is subject to approval and availability in your area.

You may only transmit checks using the service from a Bank-approved capture device that is located with the United States.

Our $0 Liability Guarantee means that you're not liable for unauthorized transactions made using our small business debit card, as long as you report them promptly. The Monthly Fee for Business Advantage Fundamentals™ Banking will be waived when you meet one of the following requirements during each checking statement cycle:

  • Maintain a $5,000 combined average monthly balance1
  • Use your BankofAmerica business debit card to make at least $250 in new net qualified purchases2
  • Become a Preferred Rewards for Business member (first 4 checking accounts, per enrolled business)
