In the middle of the square are Marks & Spencer, Desirred and VAN GRAAF department stores. Towards the bottom, you will find H&M, C&A and Bata stores.
In between the large stores, Wenceslas Square is filled with Starbucks and Costa coffee shops, fast food outlets such as McDonalds and KFC, sandwich shops, a Paul bakery, supermarkets, phone shops and bookstores. Plus there is Sparky's toy store.
Wenceslas Square is also the main area for banking and currency exchange in Prague.
Leading off the bottom of the square is a pedestrianised shopping street called Na Příkopě, where shops include Adidas, Gant, H&M, La Coste, Levis, Mango, Michael Kors, Nike, Tommy Hillier and Zara. There is also The Playground, Lidl supermarket, Moser glass shop, and several shopping malls, including:
-Myslbek Shopping Centre is a two-level shopping mall featuring Calvin Klein, Gant, H&M, Karl Lagerfeld and T.M. Lewin, along with sports and outdoor activity shops. Opening hours: Mon-Sat 09:00-20:00; Sun 10:00-19:00.
-Slovansky Dum Shopping Centre has boutique shops, plus the only multiplex cinema in the city centre, Cinema City, which shows the latest movies in Czech and English. Opening hours: Mon-Sun 10:00-20:00.
Next there is Republic Square (Náměstí Republiky), home to the grand Palladium Shopping Centre, the largest indoor shopping mall in Prague. It contains over 200 stores, including The Body Shop, Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder, Guess, H&M, Lush, Marks & Spencer, Orsay, Promod and other international brands. Opening hours: Daily 07:00-22:00.
In and around the Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí), small shops sell a range of tourist-oriented wares and souvenirs, including Bohemia Crystal and other glass products, and arts and crafts. There are also some international boutique stores.
Market stalls appear on the Old Town Square at various times in the year (at Christmas, Easter, and for Czech national festivals), selling hand-crafted and seasonal products.
Pařížská street is the main area in Prague for high-end shopping. International designer brand stores here include: Cartier, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Hugo Boss, Tiffany & Co, Hermes, Yves Saint Laurent, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Burberry, Bottega Vendetta, Rolex, Bvlgari, Celine, Versace and Mont Blanc.
Finally, Havel's Market (Havelské tržiště) is the only permanent, 7 days a week, year round market in the city centre.
