So, we finally have good close up photos of the minis. D&D Icons of the Realms: Vecna: Eve of Ruin (Set 32) & Miska the Wolf-Spider - Page 33 (1)

Sadly, still no idea on the rarities, much like with Phandelver, we can only speculate.

Hopefully it is just the lighting, or the Angler is missing all the blue shining flueorescent spots that were around the mouth on the art (which helps it to look like starry sky)

Man that Bone Devil looks epic. I guess if it is a Rare, I will need to use Auggies again like I did with the Decatons to get me 3 for sure (with the case). The hands feel to be a bit large, but I think the Legion version too had this, so maybe they are sort of half-quadrupedal in 5E. The wings are beautiful.

Blazebear is quite creepy and there are a lot of different paint apps on the disgusting mutant growths. Was this creature ever in some Eberron 3E stuff or is it brand new? I would not mind it being a Rare as I really do not need more than one.

The Red Abishai has a more wading into combat pose and is not flying, but the sculpt looks the same as the DiA mini. It is most likely gonna be a Rare, given they are like CR21.
I keep hoping for a Common Bearded Devil (Barbazu), as these guys are the backbone of Hell's legions, it was annoying in DiA that we got the Babau and Barbed Devil as Commons but these guys were Uncommons. This mold looks similar to the MM3 Rare, even has the same glaive weapon, but lacks the cloak.
And yeah, we have the Kuo-Toa Archpriest from the Warband. Likely an Uncommon but I could be wrong, and they will make it a Rare?

Spined Devil (Spinagon) is adorable, I always liked these guys. I do wish they were more dark purple like the Legion variants in DiA but this is closer to the 5E MM art. I see a strange lack of spines, though - which is their main form of attack - hopefully there are some on the back and we just cannot see it? The weapon seems to be a fork/trident as supposed to be.
Deadbark Dryad is really detailed and creepy, it looks like her face is split vertically in the middle! It's a CR15 creature you only encounter 1 in the adventure, so should be a Rare, but has few paint steps and we saw whatever happened to the Darkweaver, so Wizkids might make this a Common, sigh.
And Kuo-Toa #3 or so. They sure have a lot more dynamic poses than the first RoD sculpt. I like that we got so many in this light purple skinned style, so one can make a proper army out of these, while we only ever got maybe 2 from the green skinned ones in WotC DDM (and one weird spindly one with an exposed brain in Harbinger, and a weird skinny one based on 4E art later)

Times change, but Chain Devils keep having the same pose since DDM! D&D Icons of the Realms: Vecna: Eve of Ruin (Set 32) & Miska the Wolf-Spider - Page 33 (10) It's a classic, why change what works, this guy looks dynamic and cool the way he is holding those hooked chains in both hands. I really hope it isn't a Rare like the DiA Legion one was.
Barovian Peasants I still feel should have been put in a Ravenloft boxed set, but I am not disliking them, both molds are great for a "We don't like your kind here..." welcoming committee. Lady sure came prepared with a whole basked of rotten tomatoes (or apples?) while bald big dude with the pitchfork is a great crowd ringleader.

Merregon is the same mold as the Common one from DiA with the halberd, but in an attacking pose. Will be nice to spruce up the little regiment of the DiA guys I have put away, though I still don't like their babyface masks.
Finally we get a Kas mini, I am glad they chose to depict him with his sword, which he does not actually have in the adventure. His mouth looks odd though, hope he has some painted fangs.
Warforged Blade is looking more like an armored guy from this angle, interesting how its helmet is so angular.

I have like 4 Ice Devils now, but I would argue this dude is the most impressive yet. Stands very tall and I like how segmented his tail and legs are. Nice double bladed spear too, and inscrutable insectoid visage.

So I guess the black skinned birdy thing IS a Vrock! Odd colors, but looks similar to the RoD mini, just with white beak and better painted eyes and teeth. And likely larger than that one, too, I feel. Plus finally not a flying one! I have way more Vrocks now than I need for a dance of ruin, but I would not mind getting a few of these guys. Demons are chaotic, so I don't mind my Vrocks being all different colors (there is the PFB one too).
Horned Devil is an amazing sculpt, and a great pose as if he is striking down at a Human-sized opponent with his battle fork or mancatcher! Better than the Nolzur pose that was just floating in one place. Very nicely painted face too with a good determined expression. I'd need a few of these guys for sure.
